What It's Like to Live in Point Venture
Point Venture runs on its amenities. Property owners association membership includes access to a 9-hole golf course, a private gated waterfront park with boat ramps and a disc golf course, a Junior Olympic pool, a fitness center, and tennis and pickleball courts.
Local favorites beyond the POA: Some of the best parts of living here aren’t on the amenity list.
Caddie Shack: A neighborhood bar at the golf course with something different every night, from bingo and karaoke to live music. Check their schedule to see what’s on.
4th Quarter Bar & Grill: Our other neighborhood sports bar.
Captain Pete’s Boathouse: A floating restaurant right on the water.
Point Venture Marina: Fuel and boat slips for lease.
Venture Mart: Great for the simple staples like milk and eggs, late-night snacks, plus beer and wine.
My favorite part is how social it is. Between the golf course, the marina, and a full calendar at Caddie Shack, you get to know your neighbors quickly.
